My goal is to provide every client with a smooth, comfortable, and professional experience. The policies below help ensure appointments run on time, treatments are performed safely, and every client receives the highest level of care.
Everything You Need to Know Before You Book
To provide every client with the best possible experience, please review the appointment policies below before scheduling your permanent makeup treatment.
BookingFee
A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your appointment date and time. Booking fees may be transferred one time when rescheduling within the policy guidelines.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled one time using the original booking fee. Changes made within 72 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee and applicable cancellation fees.
Late &No-Show Policy
Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without notice may be charged according to Beauty Room Ink's cancellation policy and may not be eligible to schedule future appointments.
Guests
Please arrive alone for your appointment. To provide every client with a comfortable, distraction-free experience, guests are asked to wait outside the studio for the duration of your treatment if you decide to bring someone to the appointment.
Preparing for aSafe & Successful Treatment
Your safety and healed results are my top priorities. Please review the information below before scheduling your appointment to ensure you’re a good candidate for permanent makeup and to help your appointment go as smoothly as possible.
Please do not book if:
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• You are currently taking Accutane or have taken it within the past year.
• You have an active skin condition, infection, sunburn, psoriasis, eczema, or shingles in the treatment area.
• You are currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatment.
• You are under 18 years of age.
Please Contact Me First If:
• You have previous permanent makeup.
• You take blood-thinning medications.
• You have diabetes, epilepsy, hemophilia, or another medical condition that may affect healing.
• You have recently received Botox or filler near the treatment area.
• You have questions about whether permanent makeup is right for you.
Beautiful ResultsBegin with Proper Healing
Every client heals differently. Following your aftercare instructions and attending any recommended touch-up appointments will help you achieve the best possible healed results.
Healing Expectations
• Initial healing typically takes 7–14 days.
• Color will appear darker immediately after treatment before gradually softening.
• Mild flaking, dryness, and uneven healing are normal.
• Final healed results develop over the following several weeks.
Touch-Ups
Touch-up appointments help perfect your healed results once your skin has fully recovered. Because permanent makeup is often a two-step process and every client heals differently, an additional session may be recommended to achieve your desired outcome.
Results May Vary
Your healed results are influenced by factors including skin type, lifestyle, medications, sun exposure, skincare products, and how closely aftercare instructions are followed. Every treatment is customized, and every client heals uniquely.

Is my booking fee refundable?
No. Booking fees are non-refundable and reserve your appointment date and time. They may be transferred one time when rescheduling within the policy guidelines.
What happens if I cancel within 72 hours?
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours forfeit the booking fee and are subject to the applicable cancellation fees outlined in Beauty Room Ink’s policies.
Can I bring someone with me?
To provide every client with a calm, private experience, guests are not permitted during appointments and should remain outside the studio.
Can I receive treatment if I already have permanent makeup?
Possibly. Photos of your existing permanent makeup must be submitted before booking so your previous work can be evaluated.
Do touch-up appointments require another booking fee?
No. Touch-up appointments do not require a booking fee. However, cancellations or reschedules within 72 hours require full payment of the touch-up before another appointment can be scheduled.
What if I’m unsure whether I’m a candidate?
Contact Beauty Room Ink before booking. Bri will gladly review your questions and determine whether permanent makeup is appropriate for your individual situation.
Will my healed results look exactly like someone else’s?
No. Every client’s skin, lifestyle, health history, medications, and aftercare routine influence the healing process. Permanent makeup is highly personalized, and healed results naturally vary from person to person.
